Sunday morning - but no time for a lie-in. Thomas does wake up very early!!We had a great big cooked breakfast in the hotel - there was a menu full of choices Afterwards, we met up with some of Thomas' family at a nearby golf club. We didn't play any golf, but we did see all the trophies in a special cabinet...... ....went into the club-house where there was a bar - though everybody was drinking

On Saturday we went on a long drive to Essex.We stopped off at a hotel and had a great lunch there. Thomas had a wonderful dessert of choclate and ice-cream There was also a soft play area to have fun in. Later on Thomas and his family went off to a wedding party - they thought it would be too noisy for me so I waited back in the hotel I got to share a hotel bed with Thomas that night.

On Friday, I went home with Thomas, who was wearing a mask he made at School. Today was Mrs Holmes' last day, and all the children had a lovely cake from her with sweets on top. Thomas shared his with me and the rest of his family.Later in the evening we watched Dancing On Ice on the telly, had a nice cup of hot chocolate, and then went to bed - tomorrow was to be a busy day!

Another year passes, as Rosie celebrates her 7th birthday AND her last day at Leamington Hastings School.Wearing the red uniform for the last time, she opened a few presents before heading off for the bus.In the evening, we had a lovely Chinese meal; where during the hors d'œuvre, the loose front tooth, that had been wobbling for days, finally came away.... and disappeared!! We all wrapped up and took a toddle around Grandborough. Even Joseph was using Shank's Pony, and the buggy stayed at home. Home he managed to walk with such bulky layers on is a tribute to his determination !
